SCS Software’s truck sim titles won’t be released in 2025

Console sim fans were ecstatic to hear that both American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2 were coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S earlier this year, despite the lack of subsequent information.

Last week, developer SCS Software revealed more details about the console ports via a new episode of its ‘Dev Talk' series, emphasising the difficulties in bringing its truck sims to home consoles.

The Czech studio did let slip that, although work was progressing well, the games would not be released in 2025.
