Tokyo Xtreme Racer gets a new game mechanic

The modern-day reboot of Tokyo Xtreme Racer has been an unqualified success for developer Genki, with the studio continuing to add more features and content, despite it still being in Steam Early Access.

For update v0.13.0, players now have the option of monitoring oil and water temperatures. Hit the redline too much, and your car will drop into safe mode and immediately lose power. However, 1.5x rewards are available to those who turn the optional mechanic on.
