Wreckfest 2 update drops

Bugbear Entertainment quietly dropped another Early Access update for its chaotic crash-em-up Wreckfest 2.

In the studio’s typically humorous style, a new ‘CRAP-IT’ mode was added, giving the players the ability to customise their cars with rust, dents, various coats of paint and icons. A new car and track were also added as part of the game’s fourth update: the VW Beetle-style ‘Buggy’ and a reworked version of Crash Canyon. 

The lack of fanfare surrounding Wreckfest 2’s updates has been a refreshing palate cleanser, especially in contrast to the bluster surrounding other Early Access titles, which more often than not fail to deliver.
