Tokyo Xtreme Racer’s v1.0 release date confirmed

After several new car teasers, the modern reboot of Tokyo Xtreme Racer has had its v1.0 release date confirmed: it’s coming on the 25th of September.

With a car list focused toward JDM icons like the Honda Civic Type R, Nissan Skyline GT-R and Toyota Supra, TXR will appeal to players looking to tune and modify their favourite cars, tinged with a little nostalgia.

The game will release on PC only, but there are currently no plans for developer Genki to release it on console, which is surely a huge missed opportunity.
